Welcome to our 2024 Christmas Cheese selection with special introductory prices! 

As a guide - 3 cheeses (~600g) makes a great cheeseboard for 4 people or 2 hungry cheese lovers.

• Choose Your Bundle:
  Scroll down to select at least one cheese from each category: blue, soft, and hard. Add as many as you need for the holidays! 
• Want to know more about each cheese:

• Ordering via Phone:
  After adding the last item, scroll up slightly to add your bundle to the cart, then proceed to checkout.
• Launch Party:
  As part of our launch, please join us between 6pm and 8pm on Saturday 7th December at Bohemian Spirits Distillery and Bar for discounts on Cheezy cocktails with bite size cheese pairings.
• Important Dates:
  Pre-orders close on December 8, 2024. Please order early to secure discounts and help us avoid availability issues. Pickup will be available at Bohemian Spirits Distillery during the week of December 16 2024. We’ll email to confirm pickup dates and times.
• Special Orders:
  For additional cheeses not listed, purchase a xmas bundle first, then add your request in the cart's text box or visit the distillery/bar and we can see what's possible. Approx 50 other cheeses on request at retail prices or bulk purchase.
• Cut Sizes & Accuracy:
  Minimum cut sizes are as shown on product pages, weights are approximate. Buy ~800g (4x200g) of one cheese = 1 cut of ~800g. Cheese cutting is an art, not a science — final weights may vary but we’ll balance your order as best we can.
